What's The Squeeze?

Healing Source has a good tie up with a lot of hospitals, the team manages all the paperwork, reports and everything for the clients – from fixing the appointment to arranging sight-seeing and tours. All-in-all Healing Source has a happy clientele with one major problem – limited reach.


Our Fix

We offered to fix their website issues and increase awareness about the existence of Healing Source. We observed that majority of folks who came to the website were from the Middle East and European nations. We personalized the content and made provisions for different languages, like, the Arabic language for the visitors from the Middle East and similarly for the French, Germans, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. This led to a straight 120% increase in patients traveling from abroad to India for health treatments.

The need for the Arabic language and the introduction of the green colour on the website were identified, when we analyzed a lot of people from the Middle East were interested in traveling to India for medical treatment. We didn’t just add the colour and languages, we also analyzed and figured that majority of people from the Middle East preferred reading the content on the website in Arabic instead of English. Hence, we came up with different provisions for language filters on the top of the website.
