YJS Dental Care had multiple branches spread across parts of Bengaluru. The footfall of newer patients was quite less. We restructured the presence of the Brand online, giving them an identity they much deserved and patients were happy to fix hassle-free appointments online, on the availability of slots.
With multiple branches spread across parts of Bengaluru, YJS Dental had a good footfall in terms of the people located close by. The problem was- New patient footfall was negligible since YJS Dental care didn’t have any online presence.
We built a design easy to understand considering all age groups. We created an appointment page for users to fix hassle-free appointments eliminating the need for waiting in long queues. A special International page was also added for people traveling to India seeking Dental Treatments.
We identified the key services that people were looking for, key elements like images, information on dental problems, etc were added to the relevant pages. We also provided with relevant contact information for easier appointment bookings and service related queries. We embedded Review button on the site which helped fellow patients seeking dental help.
The response on the website was astonishing. Apart from the regular footfalls, we saw people coming from near-by places and also from abroad after reading reviews online. We ensured an easy navigation to anyone who came to the website.
Initially, it was only a website fit for users who came online through desktops or laptops. When we created a responsive design, we saw about 150% increase in conversion. And, we had the answer to the most frequently asked question – Is responsive design necessary in our industry? No matter which industry, the behavior of customers have changed in terms of viewing and consuming content online.
